Repairs, modifications, and finishing services — performed carefully, communicated clearly, and priced fairly.
How It Works
- 1
Reach out
Send me a message with photos of your watch and a description of what you're looking for.
- 2
Quote
I'll provide an initial estimate. Final pricing may adjust once the watch is opened and inspected.
- 3
Ship to me
Once we agree on a plan, you ship the watch to me. I'll confirm receipt.
- 4
Service & updates
I'll keep you updated with photos throughout. If anything unexpected comes up, I'll consult with you before proceeding.
- 5
Payment & return
Payment is due in full before the watch ships back to you.
A note on movement servicing
I am not offering full movement services at this time, except by special request under unique circumstances. If you believe your situation qualifies, feel free to reach out. For full movement servicing needs, I'm happy to recommend trusted watchmakers who can help. In circumstances where individual part swaps can resolve an issue, I am happy to provide and perform those.
Modifications & Part Swaps
Labor only unless otherwise noted. Client supplies parts, or we can discuss sourcing together. Pricing assumes standard complexity.
Case & Bracelet Refinishing
Add-On Services
Can be added to any service above at a reduced rate when bundled.
Water resistance testing is performed to 3–5 ATM. This is suitable for daily wear (hand washing, rain, light splashes) but does not guarantee dive-rated water resistance. Warranty does not cover water damage.
The $50 diagnosis fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after the watch has been opened. If you do proceed, it is applied toward the total cost.
Terms & Conditions
- Quotes
- Initial estimates are provided before you ship. Prices listed are starting points — final pricing depends on the specific watch, condition, and scope. I will always consult with you before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope.
- Payment
- Accepted via PayPal (Friends & Family preferred; Goods & Services accepted with a 3.5% fee), Zelle, or Venmo. Payment is due in full before the watch ships back. Please settle within 14 days of completion. Balances unpaid after 60 days may incur storage fees.
- Parts
- I do not generally source parts. The client is responsible for providing any parts needed. I'm happy to advise on what to get and where. Minor consumables (gaskets, lubricants, etc.) are included in the service price.
- Turnaround
- Typical turnaround is 2–6 weeks depending on complexity and my current queue. I will give an estimated timeline when we agree on the work. Rush requests can sometimes be accommodated — just ask.
- Shipping
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, including insurance. Ship with full insurance and signature confirmation — I am not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Return shipments include $100 of insurance by default. Additional coverage available upon request. I ship via USPS Priority Mail by default; UPS or FedEx available at additional cost.
- Spare Parts
- Any original parts removed during service will be returned to you unless you instruct otherwise.
- Regulation
- I will aim for ±10 seconds per day across 4 positions. Some movements may not achieve this due to age or condition. Slight deviations are not covered under warranty.
- Photos
- By sending your watch, you agree that I may photograph and share images on social media, Reddit, or forums. If you prefer your watch not be posted, let me know in advance.
Warranty
All work carries a 1-month warranty from the date the watch is shipped back to you, covering labor related to the specific services performed.
Warranty covers labor only. It does not cover replacement parts, shipping, or issues caused by parts I did not install or service.
Exclusions
- Damage from drops, impacts, abuse, or neglect
- Water damage (regardless of any pressure testing performed)
- Magnetization, crystal damage, crowns, stems, bracelets
- Balance staff failure
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by others after my work
- Parts not supplied or installed by me
Shipping for warranty claims is the customer's responsibility both ways. If something isn't right, reach out — I stand behind my work.
ClickSpring is an independent operation, not an authorized service center for any brand. Work performed may affect any existing manufacturer warranty.
Mechanical watches are complex and sometimes unpredictable. I will always be transparent about what I find and never advise unnecessary work.
I reserve the right to decline any job outside my expertise. If I can't help, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.
Prices are in USD and subject to change. Current as of May 2026.
